These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "End-User") and DailySync.AI, operated by Inspiring Lab LLC, Wyoming, concerning your access to and use of the DailySync.AI web application (the “Platform” or “Software”).

1. THE SOFTWARE

1.1. DailySync.AI is a browser-based SaaS platform designed to facilitate and streamline daily standups for teams. It uses AI-driven summarization to convert conversations into structured meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups.

1.2. DailySync.AI is designed to be flexible and adaptable across various organizational needs. While it is not currently certified for regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GLBA, or FISMA, we empower you with the tools to configure and use the platform in ways that align with your local legal and compliance requirements. We encourage you to ensure that your use of DailySync.AI adheres to any applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for internal business use.

11.2. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or obligation.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
